Talk to the people who pack the boxes

We are a small studio and we work by email. Enquiries are read and answered by the same two people who weigh and pack the orders, so there is no queue to be routed through.

Where to write

Pick the address that fits

Both addresses reach a person. Using the right one just means your message lands on the correct desk first.

New enquiries

Choosing a gift, asking about a specific piece, requesting a quotation, arranging a viewing, or discussing a corporate order.

Answered within one working day

Existing orders

Tracking, delivery questions, returns, engraving proofs, certificate cards, or anything to do with an order already placed.

Corporate & volume

Service awards, retirements, client gifts and repeat orders from ten units upward. Include the quantity, budget per recipient and your ceremony date.

Why there is no phone number here

We are a two-person studio with no reception desk, so a published number would mostly ring out or reach a voicemail nobody checks quickly. Email is answered faster and leaves a written record of what was agreed, which matters when a quotation or an engraving instruction is involved. Once an order is confirmed we will share a direct line with you if you would prefer to discuss the details by voice.

Enquiry form

Send us the details

The more you can tell us about the occasion and the recipient, the more useful our first reply will be. Nothing here is mandatory except a way to reach you.

How this form works

This page is static and has no server behind it, so the form does not store anything and does not send anything by itself. Pressing Prepare email opens your own email client with the details you entered already filled in — you then send it from your own address. If your browser or mail client does not handle that, simply write to info@shipgoldgift.org directly and copy the points below into your message.

So we can reply. Used for nothing else.
Helps us quote delivery and any customs duty correctly.
A range is fine. It saves us sending options you would never consider.

Prefer to write it yourself? Send your message to info@shipgoldgift.org. Attachments are welcome and we can accept most common image and document formats.

Practical questions

Before you write

How quickly will I hear back?

Within one working day for general enquiries, and within two working days for corporate proposals that need photographs and per-unit pricing. If your message arrives on a Friday afternoon you will normally hear from us on Monday morning.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

No. We work from a studio rather than a retail shopfront and we do not keep walk-in hours. We are glad to arrange a viewing by appointment for orders over €1,000 — write to us with a couple of dates that suit you.

Can I send something back to the studio address?

Yes, but please contact us first. Returns sent without prior notice are difficult to match to an order and much harder to insure in transit. Write to support@shipgoldgift.org and we will send the return instructions and, where the fault is ours, a prepaid label.

Do you ship outside the EU?

We ship to the EU, the UK, Switzerland and Norway as standard. Other destinations are possible on request, but customs treatment for precious metals varies a great deal by country and we will not promise a delivery we cannot complete. Ask before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve your address.

I am contacting you about my personal data. Where do I write?

Use support@shipgoldgift.org with the subject line “Data request”. Access, correction, deletion and objection requests are handled within thirty days. The privacy notice sets out what we hold and why.

No obligation

Ask before you buy

An enquiry costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If what you have in mind is not something we should be selling you, we will say so.
